About Us

The National Charitable Trust, a non-Governmental organization working for persons with disabilities was started in the year 2010. National Charitable Trust (NCT) is the parent body under which the Salem Institute of Rehabilitation (SIR) operates. Our core objective is to ensure healthy lives and promote the well-being of persons with special needs of all ages.
We help people with special needs live better, learn skills, and become independent with support.
Founder & Chairman

SIR focuses on enhancing the well-being of persons with special needs, and currently, NCT collaborates with Sense International India to offer specialized services for children with Deafblindness in Salem and neighbouring districts.
